Community Surf Therapy Session and Beach Clean Up

Community Surf Therapy sessions are facilitated group sessions with a focus on grounding yourself in nature, and coming back to oneself in the present. The sessions consist of a land lesson incorporating art therapy, movement, and discussion, and a water lesson in which you are invited to play in and around the ocean and experience the healing power of the blue mind.

Sessions are led by certified surf therapy facilitators, a mental health practitioner, and volunteers. All are welcome regardless of age, gender, or surf ability! You don't need to know how to surf to experience the healing power of the ocean.
